Amanda Braga is the Founder and Strategic Lead at Abbra.
Amanda’s work focuses on helping organizations define who they are and translate their identity into coherent, usable expression.
At the center of her approach is listening. Amanda is often brought in when ideas are strong but scattered, or when growth has outpaced alignment. Through in-depth conversations and careful questioning, she helps surface what’s already there—values, intent, and direction that haven’t yet been fully articulated.
Her background spans research, education, and organizational leadership. She began her career at a global research firm, later studied educational development at Columbia University’s Teachers College, and worked at a policy think tank supporting education leaders worldwide. Across these settings, her role was consistent: designing interview frameworks, synthesizing complexity, and translating human insight into clear, structured direction.
She later worked as a senior operator inside a rapidly growing organization, which reinforced a central lesson behind Abbra’s work: clarity doesn’t maintain itself. As organizations grow, definition must be actively revisited to remain useful and intact.
At Abbra, Amanda leads every engagement through a process of definition first and expression second.
